PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

BUFFL processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and surname
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address
• IP address
• Data about your activities on our website
• Internet browser and device type
• Bank account number

SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission for this from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activity of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@buffl.nl, and we will delete this information.

Buffl processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to provide our services

• For delivering goods and services to you
• Buffl analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
• Buffl tracks your browsing behaviour across various websites with which we tailor our products and services to your needs.

BUFFL also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
BUFFL [does/does not] take decisions on matters based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee of BUFFL) intervening. BUFFL uses the following computer programs or systems: Lightspeed.

HOW LANG WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA

BUFFL does not retain your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

• Purpose: Webshop order
• Data: name & address details, email address, data necessary to provide the service
• Basis: Justified interest
• Interest involved: Commercial interest
• Retention period: As long as necessary

SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRDPARTIES
BUFFL only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

VIEWING, MODIFYING OR DELETING DATAYou have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by BUFFL, and you have the right to data portability. That means that you may submit a request to us to send any personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or to another organization specified by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@buffl.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, please send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

BUFFL takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
